On the day the Budget Mark II went through Holyrood, the Australian Greens proudly trumpeted the fact that they'd made the Government see sense on the very same issue of insulation, particularly emphasising the role it can play in regeneration. It's still possible that I'll get to write a press release like that sometime soon.
